After more than 13 years of experience on the organizational side as an HR Advisor/Business Partner, I decided to delve deeper into the unique aspects of people and work that suits them due to my strong interest in the human side of HR. I pursued the Master Coach & Counselor training and The New Career Professional at de Baak and founded Your Life At Work (YL@W) in 2008. It is my great passion to bridge the gap between personal traits, education, and work experience and to translate these into a fulfilling career direction.
Over the years, I have added numerous trainings and certifications to my curriculum, because I believe it is crucial to continuously develop myself.
"Danielle always adds a generous dose of enthusiasm, commitment, and humor."
I have extensive experience in making powerful career and life choices, having lived and worked in the United States multiple times. My strong drive to see and create opportunities everywhere in order to achieve my goals is something I pass on to my clients.
Moreover, I am incredibly proud of my teenage son with Autism Spectrum Disorder and consider myself an expert in dealing with the daily challenges of turning impossibilities into opportunities. I am a strong advocate for an inclusive society.
Mission
I am passionate about guiding as many professionals as possible towards the most exciting job in their world.
Vision
You can always make impactful career choices, because everyone deserves job satisfaction.
My personal approach, sharp analytical-empathic understanding of people, and the decisive way I inspire movement in others through my extensive professional and life experience truly create momentum.
The Sky is Not Limited is my credo. I love the dynamism of body and mind, and I live in my hometown, Amsterdam.
“I find it incredibly inspiring to proactively contribute to increasing job opportunities for children who do not receive the same chances from home that I once had. Each school year, I enjoy witnessing the wonderful insights students gain about themselves, their talents, and the various possibilities in the job market!”

Every child has talent. This is why JINC, together with companies and schools, advocates for a society where your background does not define your future.
